RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

 

At ROCKSTAR★REFINEMENTS™ we look after our own.

If something's not right, you can send it back. No drama. Just get in touch within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. 

Please contact us at info@rockstar-refinements.com before starting a return so we can provide you with the return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

✖  Custom pieces
✖  Worn jewellery
✖  Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
✖  Gift cards / Gift vouchers / Gift boxes
✖  Any item marked as 'Final Sale' at the time of purchase

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period:

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery — for any reason.

As with all returns, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please contact us at info@rockstar-refinements.com before sending your item back so we can guide you through the return.

Refunds:

Once your return arrives with us, we’ll process your refund ASAP.
Refunds are sent to your original payment method, and your bank may take a few working days to process it.

Refunds cover the item price only — original shipping costs are non-refundable.
