We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48, a fast, fully tracked service, with delivery confirmation.

Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days once dispatched.

Digital Gift Vouchers — free and delivered by email.
Postable Greetings Cards & Gift Vouchers:
Standard Delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd Class: £2.99

International Shipping:
We ship worldwide, and we want to make sure your ROCKSTAR★REFINEMENTS pieces can get to you wherever you are. If you're an International Rockstar, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.

Europe: £14.99 — International Tracked & Signed
Rest of World: £23.99 — International Tracked & Signed
Postable Gift Vouchers:
Europe: £4.99 Standard International
Rest of World: £8.99 International Tracked & Signed
All international orders are fully tracked.
Customs Fees & Duties:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your local customs office. These charges are your responsibility. We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order. Delays due to customs or border inspections are outside of our control.
DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY:
Please make sure your delivery address is secure and that you can receive the parcel in person.
Once your parcel is marked as delivered, any delivery issues would need to be raised with the delivery provider.
